Consequences of the cancellation
If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund you all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs as a result of you selecting a different type of delivery to the low-cost standard delivery that we provide) immediately, within 14 days from the day on which the notification of your cancellation of this contract with us was received at the latest.
We use the same payment method for this refund that you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise explicitly agreed with you; you never pay any charges as a result of this repayment.
We may withhold the repayments until we have received the goods back or until you have furnish proof that you have sent the goods back depending on which is the earlier date.
You must send back or hand over the goods immediately, in any case within 14 days from the day on which inform us of the withdrawal from this contract at the latest, to Mohr Morawa Buchvertrieb GmbH, Sulzengasse 2, 1230 Vienna, tel.: + 43-1-68014–122, fax:+ 43-1-68014-140, email: orderverlagoesterreichat. The period is adhered to if you send the goods before the period of 14 days expires. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any depreciation in value of the goods if this loss in value may be attributed to unnecessary handling by you during checks for the quality, features, and functionality of the goods.
